Minister for Energy and CPN (Maoist Centre) leader Janardan Sharma said the constitution amendment motion would be passed by two-third majority by bringing CPN-UML into confidence. At a press conference organized by Press Centre, Banke on Saturday, he said, “If someone argues that the constitution should not be amendment, it will be understood as the tendency against constitution implementation”. If the constitution is not amended there is no chance for election, he said, if such happened we would not be able to implement the constitution and the country would see political crisis. On another note, Minister Sharma said that the power crisis facing the country would be addressed within a year and shared that the government has taken ahead its preparation to implement the plan ‘Nepal’s water; citizen’s investment’. The government is also exploring alternative measures to end current load-shedding, Minister Sharma informed.
