यौनकर्मीलाई लक्षित गरी सरकारले ल्यायो नयाँ कानुन, भदौबाट लागू हुने

सरकारले यौनकर्मीहरुलाई लक्षित गरी कडा कानुन ल्याउने भएको छ । काठमाडौं उपत्यकासहित मुलुकका अधिकांश सहरमा यौनधन्धा फैलिँदा समाजमा विकृति बढ्न थालेपछि सरकारले कडा कानुन ल्याउन लागेको हो ।

सहरका सार्वजनिक स्थलहरूमा नै खुलेआम यौनजन्य गतिवित्रि मौलाएपछि यसलाई रोक्ने गरी आउँदो भदौ १ गतेबाट लागू हुने गरी नयाँ कानुन ल्याउन लागिएको हो । उक्त कानुनमा सार्वजनिक स्थानमा अश्लील गतिविधि वा यौन क्रियाकलाप गरे कैद र जरिवाना हुने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ ।

मुलुकी अपराध (संहिता) ऐन २०७४ को दफा १२३ मा यस्तो कारबाहीको व्यवस्था गरिएको हो, जुन आगामी भदौ १ गतेबाट कानुनका रुपमा लागू हुनेछ ।

‘कसैले सार्वजनिक स्थानमा वा अरु मानिसले देख्ने गरी अन्य कुनै स्थानमा कसैसँग यौनक्रिया गर्न वा कुनै किसिमको अप्राकृतिक मैथुन गर्नुहुँदैन’ भनिएको छ । यसो गरे १ वर्षसम्म कैद वा १० हजार रुपैयाँसम्म जरिवाना वा दुवै सजाय हुनेछ ।

एकदिनमै २/३ ओटा म्युजिक भिडियो छायांकनमा ब्यस्त हुने उनले अन्य कलाकारको तुलनामा अत्यन्तै धेरै भिडियोमा आफ्नो नृत्य देखाउने पक्का छ।
